I'm completely biased when it comes to this topic. I've always loved fruits and vegetables. As kids, my brother and I would fight over fruit as if it was candy. It got so bad that I had a fruit stash in my closet so he wouldn't eat it all. Though I didn't drink many smoothies growing up since my family didn't own a blender and there were no jamba juices in my area. It was truly a case of ignorance is bliss.
